Ronan McCaughley (Partner)

After finishing university with a degree in Psychology, Ronan joined First National Bank in Belfast in the role of a Sales Representative. Since 1992 he has amassed 17 years of experience in Financial Services working in Northern Ireland and throughout the UK.

Ronan has had many roles in this time including Operations Manager, Regional Sales Manager and National Account Manager for some of the biggest financial services companies in the UK and Europe including Abbey National (now Santander) and GE Capital. Ronan has always lived in Northern Ireland and in 2006 decided to stop travelling and set up a specialist finance business with Paul, providing financial solutions for Northern Ireland companies and consumers.

Due to the success of this business in late 2008 they decided to set up Niche Mortgage Solutions which was established early in 2009.

Paul McGerrigan (Partner)

After finishing university with a master's degree in Management and Psychology, Paul joined First National Bank in the UK in the role of Sales Representative. Since 1998 Paul has amassed 11 years of experience in Financial Services. During his time with Abbey and GE Paul lived in England for almost 9 years working as an Operations Manager, Project Manager and National Sales Manager and trained and worked throughout the UK and Europe.

Paul moved back to Northern Ireland to start a family in 2006 and set up the business with Ronan. He and Ronan have created Niche Mortgage Solutions with the key aim of making financial services clear and simple to understand and to provide tailored advice to the individual circumstances of each customer they meet.
